Livzon Pharma announces 2024 A-share dividend of CNY 1.10

Livzon Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. (SZSE:000513) has announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan for A-shares. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.10 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares to shareholders listed on the registry date of June 12, 2025, excluding the 11,318,855 shares held in the company's repurchase account. The total dividend payout will amount to CNY 652,271,903.80 based on the total number of shares entitled to participate in the distribution (592,974,458 shares). The ex-dividend date is set for June 13, 2025. Different tax rates will apply based on investor type. Dividends for H-shareholders are not included in this announcement.
