Kedali completes business registration change after shareholder approval

Shenzhen Kedali Industry (SZSE:002850) announced that it has completed the industrial and commercial change registration procedures. This follows the approval of resolutions at both the company's 2024 annual shareholders meeting and the 16th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors. The changes pertain to adjustments in registered capital and amendments to the company's articles of association. Following the change, Kedali's registered capital now stands at CNY 27,136.1808 million. The company's unified social credit code remains 914403002792732914. The announcement was made on June 5, 2025.
