Jolly Pharmaceutical: Share pledge and release by controlling shareholder

Zhejiang Jolly Pharmaceutical (SZSE:300181) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yu Youqiang, pledged 11,502,000 shares, representing 8.86% of his holdings and 1.64% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, executed on May 30, 2025, is for financing purposes via Guotai Haitong Securities. Concurrently, Yu Youqiang released 11,180,000 shares from pledge on June 3, 2025, representing 8.61% of his holdings and 1.59% of the company's total share capital. Following these transactions, Yu Youqiang directly holds 129,890,463 shares, accounting for 18.52% of the total share capital, with 64,822,000 of those shares pledged, representing 49.91% of his holdings and 9.24% of the total share capital. The company states that the share pledge does not present risks of forced liquidation and will not lead to a change in control.
