Huolinhe Energy announces director Zhang Hao's resignation

Huolinhe Energy (SZSE:002128) announced today that director Zhang Hao has resigned from the company's board of directors, strategic committee, nomination committee and compensation committee, effective June 6, 2025. Zhang's resignation is attributed to work-related reasons. Despite stepping down from the board, Zhang will remain in his role as General Manager of Huolinhe Energy and does not hold company shares. The board has assured investors that Zhang's departure will not disrupt the company's normal operations and has committed to filling the vacancy. The company also noted that Zhang Hao had made a commitment during the asset purchase transaction in May 2025, not to reduce his shareholding and will continue to abide by this promise.
