Hunan Gold announces 2024 annual equity distribution

Hunan Gold Co., Ltd. announced that it will implement its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, as approved by shareholders on May 7, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 2.30 (including tax) per 10 shares, totaling CNY 276,469,079.02. Additionally, a bonus share issue of 3 shares for every 10 shares held will be implemented, increasing the total share capital from 1,202,039,474 shares to 1,562,651,316 shares. The equity registration date is set for June 12, 2025, and the ex-right and ex-dividend date is June 13, 2025, with the bonus shares directly credited to shareholder accounts on that day. Cash dividends for A-share investors will be distributed through their custodian brokerages, while certain shareholders will receive dividends directly from the company.
