Hainan Shennong Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300189) announced today that its board of directors has received a written resignation report from Board Secretary Sun Fanfei. The resignation, attributed to work-related reasons, is effective immediately upon arrival to the board of directors. Ms. Sun will continue to hold other positions within the company. The company noted that Ms. Sun's resignation will not impact the normal operations of the board or the company's management. During the period of vacancy for the board secretary position, Deputy General Manager Zhou Zhiyuan will temporarily assume the responsibilities. The company stated it will promptly appoint a new board secretary in accordance with relevant regulations.
