Donlink supervisor under investigation for insider trading, resigns

Donlink International Investment (SZSE:000893) disclosed that supervisor Peng Zhijun received a case filing notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) regarding suspected insider trading. The CSRC initiated the investigation based on violations of the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China". Peng Zhijun has since resigned from his position on the eighth session of the supervisory board, and will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries. His resignation will only take effect after the shareholders' meeting elects a new supervisor. The company emphasized that the investigation is a personal matter concerning Peng Zhijun and does not affect the company's normal business operations.
