Das Intellitech controller pledges and releases shares

Shenzhen Das Intellitech (SZSE:002421) announced that its actual controller, Liu Bang, has undertaken both share pledge and release activities involving the company's stock. Specifically, Liu Bang released 25,000,000 shares previously pledged, representing 1.18% of the company's total share capital. Simultaneously, Liu Bang pledged 22,000,000 shares, or 1.04% of the total share capital, to Shanghai Pudong Development Bank for debt repayment purposes, with the pledge maturing on June 6, 2026. Following these transactions, the cumulative pledged shares held by Liu Bang and related party Changdu Dashi amount to 132,780,000 shares, accounting for 6.26% of the company's total share capital. The company clarified that these activities will not impact its operations or governance.
