Yuehai Feeds completes board reshuffle, appoints management

Zheng Shixuan has been re-elected as Chairman, while Xu Xuemei, Cai Xuming, and Zheng Huifang will serve as non-independent directors. The independent directors are Zhang Cheng, Li Xueyao, and Hu Chaoqun. Key management appointments include Zheng Shixuan as General Manager, Zheng Huifang as Executive Deputy General Manager, and Feng Mingzhen as Board Secretary.
