Humon Smelting adjusts convertible bond conversion price, distributes dividends

Shandong Humon Smelting (SZSE:002237) has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on April 18, 2025. A cash dividend of CNY 161,878,290.04 (inclusive of tax) will be distributed to all shareholders based on the equity registry date. The distribution amounts to approximately CNY 1.41 per 10 shares, representing 30.16% of the net profit attributable to shareholders in 2024. The equity registration date is set for June 11, 2025, with an ex-dividend date of June 12, 2025.
