T&S Communications announces 2024 dividend distribution

Shenzhen T&S Communications (SZSE:300570) announced the implementation of its 2024 dividend distribution plan. According to the announcement, shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 8.00 (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares held, based on the company's total share capital of 227,126,867 shares as of March 27, 2025. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 181,701,493.60 (inclusive of tax). The equity registration date is set for June 9, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 10, 2025. The company will handle dividend payments directly to certain A-share holders, while China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch will manage the payments for other shareholders.
