Sansteel MinGuang Fujian announces general manager transition and board changes

Sansteel MinGuang Fujian announced the resignation of General Manager Liu Meixuan due to work reasons. Effective immediately, Liu Meixuan steps down from the General Manager role but will remain on the board of directors. The company's board has appointed Pan Jianzhou as the new General Manager, commencing from June 3, 2025. Pan Jianzhou previously held positions including Party Secretary and Plant Director of the company's rebar plant, and most recently served as General Manager and Chief Engineer of Sansteel MinGuang.
