Pharmaron's key shareholders pledge and release shares

Pharmaron Beijing (SZSE:300759) announced that controlling shareholders Xiaodong Lou and Bei Zheng have recently conducted share pledge and release transactions. Zheng pledged 7,610,000 shares, representing 48.32% of her holdings and 0.43% of the company's total share capital. Lou pledged 6,370,000 shares (10.52% of his holdings, 0.36% of total share capital) and an additional 13,150,000 shares (21.72% of his holdings, 0.74% of total share capital). These pledges serve as collateral to replace existing financial institution financing.
