GCL System Integration to hold shareholder meeting on June 18

GCL System Integration Technology (SZSE:002506) announced that it will hold its third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on June 18, 2025. Shareholders will vote on several key proposals, including amendments to the company's Articles of Association, Rules of Procedure for Shareholders' Meetings, Rules of Procedure for the Board of Directors, and the Independent Director System. Additionally, shareholders will consider an increase of the estimated daily related-party transaction amount for 2025 with XuZhou GaoXin ZhuoYao New Energy Co., Ltd. by CNY 500 million. The Board of Directors has already approved these proposals and recommend their adoption.
