CNFC Overseas Fisheries to convene 2024 annual meeting

CNFC Overseas Fisheries (SZSE:000798) will hold its 2024 Annual Shareholders Meeting on June 23, 2025, to vote on several key proposals. The meeting, convened by the company's ninth board of directors, will address the 2024 Board of Directors' work report, the 2024 annual financial report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders will also vote on proposals to provision for asset impairment, address uncovered losses exceeding one-third of share capital, elect non-independent directors, approve daily related-party transactions for 2025, and authorize the purchase of liability insurance for directors and senior management. Trading shareholders as of the June 18, 2025 record date can vote at the physical location in Beijing or virtually.
