Changan Auto announces May 2025 production and sales figures

Chongqing Changan Automobile (SZSE:000625) has released its May 2025 production and sales express report, revealing a year-to-date sales volume of 1,120,158 vehicles, including 246,843 units in overseas markets. For May, the company produced 190,442 vehicles, a 4.47% decrease compared to the same period last year, with year-to-date production totaling 976,267 vehicles, a 4.94% decrease year-over-year. Sales for May reached 224,310 vehicles, an 8.47% increase from last year, bringing the year-to-date sales to 1,120,158 vehicles, a 1.00% increase compared to the same period last year. Production of proprietary brands reached 153,509 vehicles, and new energy vehicle production reached 72,334 vehicles.
