Aier Eye Hospital announces 2024 dividend distribution details

Aier Eye Hospital Group (SZSE:300015) has announced the implementation details of its 2024 annual dividend distribution. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 1.600278 per 10 shares (tax included), based on a total share capital of 9,294,033,492 shares after excluding repurchased shares. The total cash dividend payout amounts to CNY 1,487,303,732.85. The ex-dividend date is set for June 11, 2025, with the record date on June 10, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be directly transferred via China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch (CSDC Shenzhen).
