Oriental Ocean sets date for 2024 AGM

Shandong Oriental Ocean Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002086) has announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2025, at 09:30 AM local time at the company's conference room in Yantai. Shareholders on record as of June 11, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote on resolutions including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board work reports, the 2024 financial statements and profit distribution plan, director and supervisor remuneration, the firm's auditor for 2024, a special report on the use of funds raised, and the 2024 annual report. Voting will be conducted through a combination of on-site and online methods. Online voting will be available via the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system and internet voting system from 09:15 to 15:00 on June 18, 2025.
