Offcn Education: Share transfer completed, pledge released

Offcn Education Technology (SZSE:002607) announced the completion of a judicial share transfer involving shareholders Wang Zhendong and Li Yongxin. A total of 51,000,000 shares from Wang Zhendong and 57,500,000 shares from Li Yongxin were transferred to Liu Xiang following a court ruling related to a loan dispute. Consequently, the pledged and frozen status on these shares has been lifted. Following the transfer, Wang Zhendong’s stake decreased to 6.67%, and Li Yongxin's to 14.38%, while Liu Xiang now holds 1.76% of the company's shares. As of the announcement date, Wang Zhendong has 318,600,000 shares pledged and 149,342,584 shares frozen. Li Yongxin has 591,277,945 shares pledged and 343,629,287 shares frozen. The company states that this share transfer does not affect its actual control or daily operations.
