Guangdong Construction acquires five solar power project companies

Guangdong No.2 Hydropower Engineering (SZSE:002060) announced it will acquire 100% equity in five solar power project companies from Jiangsu Linyang Energy for CNY 470.94 million. The acquired companies include Suixi Yongrui Modern Agriculture Technology, Suixi Yonghui New Energy Technology, Fuyang Yongming Agricultural Solar Power Generation, Jiangsu Feizhan Energy Technology, and Lianyungang Linyang New Energy. These companies operate nine ground-mounted photovoltaic projects with a total DC-side installed capacity of 249.78 MWp and a registered installed capacity of 236.50 MW. Guangdong Construction anticipates the acquisition will expand its clean energy capacity, increase operating income, and contribute approximately CNY 52.91 million in net profit in 2025. The deal is subject to customary closing conditions.
