The repurchases were made through a dedicated securities account using the company's own funds and self-raised funds via centralized bidding transactions, with the highest transaction price at CNY 21.65 per share and the lowest at CNY 20.35 per share. The total expenditure for the repurchased shares amounted to CNY 338,088,841.68, excluding transaction costs.
