China Merchants Shekou holds 2024 AGM, board changes

China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings (SZSE:001979) successfully convened its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on May 30, 2025, approving all submitted resolutions. Key decisions included the approval of the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee work reports, the 2024 financial report, and the 2024 profit distribution plan. Shareholders also approved the 2024 annual report and its summary, a 2025 donation budget, authorization for debt issuance, related-party deposit and loan transactions with China Merchants Bank, guarantees for subsidiaries and joint ventures, and authorization for project financing. The firm also renewed its Directors and Officers liability insurance policy. All resolutions passed without any rejections.
