Bank of Zhengzhou schedules 2024 AGM, proposes profit distribution

Bank of Zhengzhou (SZSE:002936) has announced it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 27, 2025, at the Bank's headquarters in Zhengzhou. Shareholders will consider several key proposals, including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Committee work reports, financial results, and a profit distribution plan. The proposed profit distribution includes a cash dividend of CNY 0.20 per 10 shares, totaling CNY 181.842 million. The AGM agenda also features the approval of a CNY 740.57 million capital expenditure budget for 2025, covering construction projects, renovations, fixed asset investments, and technology initiatives. Shareholders will also vote on the appointment of an external auditor for 2025 and a general mandate to issue shares. Additionally, the meeting will address related-party transactions, director evaluations, and shareholder compliance. The record date for A-share holders is set for June 24, 2025.
