Between March 20, 2025, and May 29, 2025, Zheng Haitao reduced his holdings by 7.22 million shares through centralized bidding, representing 0.51% of the company's total share capital. Following the transaction, Zheng Haitao directly holds 184,258,518 shares, accounting for 12.91% of Sumavision's total share capital. This change is part of a previously disclosed share reduction plan announced on February 26, 2025, and does not violate any relevant regulations or commitments. The reduction plan remains ongoing.
