Shannon Chuangxin's controlling shareholders terminate share transfer agreement

Shannon Chuangxin Technology Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300475) announced that Shenzhen Lingxin Keystone Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)-Shenzhen Linghui Keystone Equity Investment Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership), Wuhu Hongwei Keystone Equity Investment Fund Management Partnership (Limited Partnership)-Hongwei Keystone Huaying Private Equity Investment Fund, and Liu Qingke have mutually agreed to terminate the share transfer agreement initially signed on December 25, 2024. The agreement involved the transfer of 22,878,374 shares, representing 5.00% of the company's total share capital, at a price of CNY 27.32 per share, totaling CNY 625,037,177.68. According to the announcement, the termination will not affect the company's control, governance, or operations.
