Lihua stock: Actual controller conducts share pledge and release

Jiangsu Lihua Animal Husbandry (SZSE:300761) announced that its actual controller, Cheng Li Li, has conducted pledge and release transactions involving his shares in the company. Cheng Li Li pledged 32,500,000 shares, representing 12.03% of his holdings and 3.93% of the total share capital, in two tranches. Both tranches are set to mature on May 28, 2026 and are held by 财通证券资产管理有限公司 (Cáitōng Zhèngquàn Zīchǎn Guǎnlǐ Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī), for the purpose of replacing previous collateral loans.
