Henan Yicheng New Energy (SZSE:300080) has announced changes to its board and executive team. On May 30, 2025, the company announced the resignation of Director Liu Rutao due to work reasons. Liu Rutao's departure did not cause the board to fall below the statutory minimum, and his resignation took immediate effect. The board expressed gratitude for Liu's contributions during his tenure. Simultaneously, Henan Yicheng appointed Li Xinping as a non-independent director, effective upon shareholder approval. Li Xinping was recommended by the controlling shareholder, China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group, and his qualifications comply with relevant regulations. In related news, the company also announced that Vice President Sun Jie has resigned due to work adjustments, with the resignation also taking immediate effect.
