Guomai Technologies' 2024 annual shareholders' meeting saw the approval of several critical proposals, including the 2024 annual report and its summary, the 2024 profit distribution plan, and the re-appointment of the accounting firm. Shareholders also approved amendments to the company's articles of association and rules of procedure for board meetings. A proposal to provide a guarantee for subsidiaries also passed. All resolutions were approved by a significant majority of votes, with legal confirmation provided by Guohao Law Firm (Shanghai). The meeting was attended by shareholders and proxies representing 55.52% of the company's voting shares, totaling 550,729,958 shares.
