Dowstone Tech appoints Peng Xiaonei as CFO

Guangdong Dowstone Technology (SZSE:300409) announced the appointment of Peng Xiaonei as the new Chief Financial Officer and Deputy General Manager, effective May 30, 2025. This decision follows the resignation of the previous CFO, Hu Dongjie, who will transition to focus on business operations within the company while remaining in a senior role. Hu Dongjie's original term was set to end in April 2027. The company's board confirmed that Hu Dongjie holds no company shares. Peng Xiaonei's term will last until the end of the current board's term. The appointment was made following a nomination by the General Manager and approval by the Nomination Committee and Audit Committee. Dowstone stated the changes will not affect company operations.
