Yuan Longping Agriculture adjusts 2024 profit distribution plan

Yuan Longping High-Tech Agriculture (SZSE:000998) announced adjustments to its 2024 profit distribution plan, contingent on approval at the upcoming 2025 first extraordinary general meeting. The adjustments, approved during the company's ninth board meeting, will allocate CNY 0.4 per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital of 1,469,448,061 shares. This results in a total dividend payout of CNY 58,777,922.44, representing 51.62% of the 2024 net profit.
