Xi'an International Medical Investment: Share increase and share buyback

Xi'an International Medical Investment (SZSE:000516) announced that the shareholding percentage of its controlling shareholder and its concerted parties has passively increased due to the company's recent share repurchase and cancellation. Following the cancellation of 19,304,400 shares, completed on May 28, 2025, the company's total share capital decreased from 2,260,382,715 to 2,241,078,315 shares. As a result, the controlling shareholder's stake increased from 31.79% to 32.07%, crossing the 1% threshold.
