Pharmaron schedules shareholder meetings for 2024 results and 2025 matters

Pharmaron Beijing has scheduled its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, along with the first A Shareholders' Class Meeting and the first H Shareholders' Class Meeting of 2025, following board approval on March 26, 2025. The A shareholder meeting will be held on June 20, 2025, at 13:30 China Standard Time, and shareholders of record on June 16, 2025, are eligible to attend and vote. The meetings will cover a range of agenda items including the 2024 Board and Supervisory Board work reports, financial results, profit distribution, director and supervisor compensation, the re-appointment of auditors (both domestic and international), amendments to internal management policies, and the proposed first H share incentive scheme. Notably, shareholders will also vote on granting the board general authorization to issue and repurchase H shares. Both on-site and online voting options will be available for A shareholders.
