Moon Environment shareholder completes increase in holdings

Moon Environment Technology (SZSE:000811) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yantai Guofeng Investment Holding Group, and its concert parties have completed their planned increase in shareholdings. Between March 7, 2025, and May 27, 2025, Yantai Guofeng acquired 7,939,590 shares, representing 1.04% of the company's total share capital at the time, for a total consideration of CNY88.86 million (excluding transaction fees). The share purchase was funded through a combination of proprietary funds and a dedicated loan facility. Following the transaction, Yantai Guofeng's stake in Moon Environment increased to 14.50%, and the combined holdings of Yantai Guofeng and its concert parties rose to 37.09%. The company emphasized that Yantai Guofeng and its concert parties have committed to not decreasing their holdings within the next six months.
