Hanbell Machinery announces 2024 dividend distribution plan

Shanghai Hanbell Precise Machinery (SZSE:002158) announced its 2024 dividend distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on May 23, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 5.80 per 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the current total share capital of 534,724,139 shares. This amounts to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 310,140,000.62. The equity registration date is set for June 5, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on June 6, 2025.
