Vanke subsidiary guarantees bank loan for offshore financing

China Vanke (SZSE:000002) announced that its holding subsidiary, Vanke Rainbow Investment Partner II Limited, has obtained offshore financing and secured it through credit guarantees and equity pledges provided by another subsidiary. The guarantee covers a bank loan not exceeding HKD 6.872 billion with a term of up to two years. Vanke Rainbow Investment Partner I Limited will also act as a co-borrower. The total guarantee amount including this latest transaction will reach CNY 851.19 billion, accounting for 42% of China Vanke's net assets attributable to shareholders of the listed company at the end of 2024.
