Muyuan Foods shareholder releases portion of pledged equity

Muyuan Foods Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002714) announced that Muyuan Group has completed the release of 12,830,000 shares, representing 1.51% of its holdings and 0.23% of Muyuan Foods' total share capital, pledged to China CITIC Bank Nanyang Branch. As of May 27, 2025, Muyuan Group and its concert parties hold 2,086,287,906 shares of Muyuan Foods, representing 38.19% of the total. 251,378,000 shares remain pledged, accounting for 8.35% of total shares and 27.91% of their holdings. The company states that the controlling shareholder has a good credit profile, and the remaining pledged shares do not present significant solvency risks.
