Moon Environment Technology's top shareholder increases stake by 1%

Moon Environment Technology (SZSE:000811) announced that its controlling shareholder, Yantai Guofeng Investment Holding Group, and its concerted parties, have increased their stake in the company. Between March 7, 2025, and May 27, 2025, Yantai Guofeng acquired 7,939,590 shares, representing 1.04% of Moon Environment Technology's total share capital. Following this transaction, Yantai Guofeng and its concerted parties collectively hold 283,197,886 shares, equivalent to 37.09% of the company. The increase was made through centralized trading on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange using its own funds and other financial institution borrowings. Yantai Guofeng has committed not to reduce its holdings within the implementation period of the increase plan or for six months after the increase is completed.
