Ganfeng Lithium increases guarantees for subsidiaries

Ganfeng Lithium (SZSE:002460) announced it is increasing its guarantee amounts for key holding subsidiaries. The company has increased its guarantee to Huizhou Ganfeng Lithium by CNY50 million, bringing the total to CNY50 million, and previously guaranteed Jiangxi Ganfeng Lithium CNY30 million. All guarantees are within the approved limits and have been reviewed and approved by the company's shareholders. Guarantees are in place to ensure financial support for these entities and are not expected to adversely impact the company’s financial stability or shareholder interests. Currently, the total amount of external guarantees is CNY1,632,975.94, accounting for 39.08% of net assets.
