CR Sanjiu announces 2024 equity distribution plan implementation

China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical (SZSE:000999) announced the implementation of its 2024 equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholder meeting on April 17, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 3.20 (tax included) per 10 shares. Additionally, the company will transfer 3 shares for every 10 shares from capital reserve. The equity distribution will be based on the total share capital on the record date, June 5, 2025.
