Avica aircraft share transfer completed under same control

AVICA Aircraft (SZSE:000768) announced the completion of a share transfer agreement. AVICA Investment Holding transferred 160,136,566 shares, representing 5.76% of AVICA's total share capital, to Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). The transfer, priced at CNY 23.81 per share, totaled CNY 3,812,851,636.46. Following the transaction, AVICA Investment no longer holds any shares, while AVIC directly holds 43.77% of AVICA’s shares, up from 38.01%. AVIC controls 54.75% of AVICA, remaining the largest shareholder. The share transfer, completed on May 28, involved entities under the same controlling umbrella and will not alter AVICA’s actual control.
