Zangge Holding announces release of share pledge

Zangge Holding (SZSE:000408) announced that Zangge Venture Capital, a shareholder holding more than 5% of the company's shares, has released a pledge on 40 million shares, representing 24.08% of its holdings and 2.55% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, which began on June 24, 2024, was released on May 26, 2025. The pledgee was Agricultural Bank of China's Golmud branch. As of the announcement date, Zangge Venture Capital holds 166,085,383 Zangge Holding shares, with 125,165,798 shares pledged. As of the announcement date, Zangge Holding's top shareholders had pledged a cumulative total of 262,287,430 shares, representing 82.97% of their holdings.
