Kingnet Network announces 2024 annual dividend distribution

Kingnet Network (SZSE:002517) announced the implementation of its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 23, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 1.00 (tax included) per 10 shares to all shareholders. For Hong Kong market investors holding shares through Shenzhen Stock Connect, and for foreign institutions (including QFII, RQFII) and individuals and securities investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, the dividend will be CNY 0.90 per 10 shares after tax. The equity registration date is set for June 5, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 6, 2025. The total number of shares used as the base for the distribution is 2,136,443,234. The company has entrusted China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to handle the dividend distribution.
