Huachang Chemical announces 2024 equity distribution plan

Jiangsu Huachang Chemical (SZSE:002274) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved on May 16, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 3.00 (pre-tax) per 10 shares, based on a total share capital of 952,364,646 shares. This results in a total cash dividend payout of CNY 285,709,393.80. The equity registration date is set for June 5, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 6, 2025. For Hong Kong market investors, QFII, RQFII, and individual and fund investors holding pre-IPO restricted shares via Shenzhen Stock Connect, the dividend after tax will be CNY 2.70 per 10 shares.
