Dongshan Precision adjusts share issuance price and quantity

Suzhou Dongshan Precision Manufacturing (SZSE:002384) announced adjustments to its share issuance plan following the completion of its 2024 annual equity distribution. The issuance price has been revised from CNY 11.24 per share to CNY 11.17 per share. Consequently, the total number of shares to be issued has been adjusted upwards from a maximum of 124,911,031 to 125,693,822. The adjustments are in accordance with the company's previously approved issuance plan, which stipulates revisions to the issuance price and quantity in the event of dividend distributions or share capitalization during the pricing benchmark period. The changes will see the number of shares Yuan Yonggang will subscribe to rise from 99,928,825 to 100,555,058, and the shares Yuan Yongfeng subscribes to increase from 24,982,206 to 25,138,764. The total capital raised will not exceed CNY 140,400,000. The company confirms that all other terms of the private placement remain unchanged.
