Da An Gene elects new board members at meeting

Da An Gene (SZSE:002030) convened its second extraordinary shareholders' meeting on May 26, 2025, where shareholders approved the election of six non-independent directors: Huang Zhizheng, Wei Dianhan, Zhu Wan Yu, Chen Hongwei, Zhang Weijie and Liang Zhikun.
