Central Plains Environment announces 2024 dividend distribution

Central Plains Environment Protection (SZSE:000544) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the shareholder meeting on April 11, 2025. Shareholders will receive a cash dividend of CNY 2.60 per 10 shares, totaling CNY 253,417,966.88, based on the total share capital of 974,684,488 shares as of December 31, 2024. The equity registration date is set for June 4, 2025, and the ex-dividend date is June 5, 2025.
