Beijing Compass Tech chairman resigns, vice chairman appointed

Beijing Compass Technology Development (SZSE:300803) announced the resignation of Chairman Dun Heng, effective immediately. Dun Heng also relinquished his positions as Director and head of the board's Strategy and ESG Committee, as well as member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company stated that Dun Heng's resignation is due to personal reasons and will not affect the normal operation of the board. Pending the election of a new Chairman, Vice Chairman Leng Xiaoxiang will assume the responsibilities of Chairman and head of the Strategy and ESG Committee. The company will promptly initiate procedures to fill the vacant board and committee positions. The board expressed gratitude to Dun Heng for his contributions during his tenure.
