Zhongda leader completes sale of Kotech Transmission stake

Ningbo Zhongda Leader Intelligent Transmission (SZSE:002896) announced the completion of the sale of its 50% equity interest in Shanghai Kotech Transmission Systems to Shanghai Yongli Belt Co., Ltd. The total transaction value was CNY927,770.00. With the completion of the transfer, Zhongda Leader no longer holds any equity in Kotech Transmission.
