Yixintang Pharma announces 2024 dividend: CNY 0.30 per share

Yixintang Pharmaceutical Group (SZSE:002727) has announced its 2024 annual equity distribution, approved at the annual shareholders' meeting on May 21, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 0.30 (inclusive of tax) per 10 shares to all shareholders based on the total share capital of 574,128,225 shares after deducting the 11,475,900 shares held in the company’s repurchase account, which are ineligible for dividend participation. This translates to a total cash dividend payout of CNY 172,238,467.50. The dividend distribution is scheduled for June 4, 2025, with the record date set for June 3, 2025. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch will handle the dividend distribution for A-share holders.
