Yealink announces 2024 annual dividend plan

Yealink Network Technology (SZSE:300628) announced its 2024 annual equity distribution plan, approved at the annual general meeting on May 20, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 13.00 per 10 shares (inclusive of tax) to all shareholders, based on the total share capital as of the record date, May 29, 2025, net of the shares held in the company's repurchase account. No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. For qualified Hong Kong market investors, QFIIs, and RQFIIs, the dividend will be CNY 11.70 per 10 shares after tax. The ex-right and ex-dividend date is set for May 30, 2025.
